Jonathan names Arogbofa new Chief of Staff
President Goodluck Jonathan on Tuesday named Brig. Gen Jones Arogbofa (retd.) as his new Chief of Staff. Presidential spokesman, Reuben Abati, disclosed this on his Twitter handle.
