Following the burgling of Anti-Corruption Network’s Abuja office on Wednesday night by yet to be identified persons, the anti-graft watchdog group has fought back by releasing photo evidences of a multi-million naira mansion allegedly built by a major construction company in Abuja for the minister of the Niger Delta, Elder Godsday Orubebe, in the Mabushi area of the FCT. The scribe of the network, Mr. Dino Melaye stated that a construction company, Setraco, built and handed over the new mansion to Mr. Orubebe in less than six months after the company benefited from contracts to build part of the East-West road in the ‘under-develeoped’ Niger Delta region. It would be recalled that the Anti-Corruption Network had accused the minister of over-invoicing of contract sums, payment for non-existing projects, among others to which the minister had threatened to drag the former lawmaker to court for tarnishing his ‘hard earned’ reputation.
