With heavy hearts but in total submission to the will of Almighty God, we wish to make it known that Venerable Superior Evangelist Victor Babatope Williams, MBOT, MPIC, has transmitted to higher glory.
Venerable Superior Evangelist V.B. Williams joined the saints triumphant late on Thursday, 21st September, 2023. He was aged 78.
God’ own General, Victor Babatope Williams, lived a life of total service, worship and dedication to God in the Celestial Church of Christ. He was a Member of the Pastor in Council (MPIC) and Member Board of Trustees (MBOT) of the Celestial Church of Christ Worldwide.
Late V.B. Williams also served and retired as a General in the Nigerian Army, where he was the Director of Army Finance and Administration. The departed icon was a Patron of the Central Choir, C.C.C. W/w and a strong pillar of the Celestial Church of Christ, Ikeja 1, Lagos.
He would be sorely missed.
