I bought a HTC phone from Slot in Ikeja last yr, it stopped working after 3weeks, we took it back & they said they’d fix/replace it…..since its under warranty. They have kept posting us to call back for over a year now, and have refused to return the phone or the money. I understand poor and irresponsible customer service, but even if it was sent to mars or jupiter, it should’ve been fixed/replaced by nowIt may not be a lot of money but when a customer buys a product and you keep money & product for over a year, thats stealingThere should be a government agency that deals with this kind of crime.
