One of those making Nigeria very proud in London, in the United Kingdom, Dr Dayo Olomu has been talking about what he told President Muhammadu Buhari when they met in the British capital on Saturday, January 18, 2020.

Olomu, met with Buhari alongside Boxing’s World World Heavyweight Champion, Anthony Joshua and others when the Nigerian leader met his countrymen who have been excelling in the Diaspora.

According to Dr Olomu during a telephone chat, “I was introduced to him by Mrs Abike Dabiri-Erewa and I later met privately with President Muhammadu Buhari and all I did was to thank him for doing his best for Nigeria. I told him that I appreciate what he is doing and I later wished him sound health and more wisdom.”

Dr Dayo Olomu who is an example of how anyone can overcome adversity to succeed and thus become an inspiration to others is a renowned international motivational speaker, human capital development expert, learning and development professional, business transformation strategist, corporate trainer, business mentor, executive coach, humanitarian, award winning event host and bestselling author.

He is the Chair, CIPD South London; Board Member, Southwark Diocesan Board of Education and Founder, Dayo Olomu Foundation. He holds a honours degree in Business Information Systems, MSc in Human Resources and an honorary doctorate.

He also has a Diploma in Coaching, an Advance Certificate in Public Relations and a Post-Graduate Certificate in Further Education.

Olomu is equally a Chartered Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Development (CIPD) and a Fellow of the Institute of Information Management Africa (IIM).

In 2018, he was voted as one of the 100 most influential Nigerians in the Diaspora and was recently voted as 2019 Diaspora Man of the Year.
