The Guardian publisher Maiden ibru clocks 70 See Album as Lagos Elites steps out to honour her

The chairperson and publisher of The Guardian newspaper group, Lady MAIDEN ALEX-IBRU, turned 70 years old last Wednesday (November 20th., 2019). There were prayers and open-house at the ALEX-IBRUS’ home in Ikoyi, Lagos.

On Saturday, November 23rd, a Thanksgiving service, with Holy Communion, was held at Our Savour’s Church (Anglican Communion), Tafawa-Balewa Square (TBS), Onikan, Lagos.

Former Head-of-State (President) Dr. YAKUBU GOWON, Ph.D., GCFR, and his wife, VICTORIA, were amongst the dignities at the service.

A black-tie/national dinner dance was held at The Balmoral,1 Federal Palace Hotel, Victoria Island, Lagos. Guests from five continents attended the events.
