War Against Traffic Gridlock, Filth: Lagos Governor, Sanwo-Olu Signs Executive Order

The first Executive Order to curb flooding, traffic gridlock and refuse management in the state, was on Thursday (today) signed by the Lagos State Governor, Babajide Sanwo-Olu.
The Order which was signed at the State House, Ikeja, Nigeria,  is on refuse management, traffic management and pubic works.
