Breaking News: Court nullifies Rahman Rasaq, all BOB faction primaries elections, uphold Balogun-Fulani as authentic Kwara APC Chair

 

A High Court sitting in Ilorin has nullified the primaries elections conducted by the Bashir Bolarinwa faction of the APC in Kwara state declaring the faction as illegal and of no consequence which cannot also legally conduct any valid elections in the eye if the laws.

By implication, the Kwara APC cannot nominate any other candidates to the INEC other than the candidates so nominated by Ishola Balogun-Fulani faction.

Today’s judgment is a huge setback for the beleaguered Kwara APC which has been battling with factional problems since the exit of the Senate President, Dr. Bukola Saraki from the party.
