Ladi Adebutu hopefull supreme court will give him ticket

 

The application of the Peoples Democratic Party for stay of Execution of the judgements being paraded by the Bayo Dayo led group filed at the Supreme Court is still on course and with high hopes for true democracy.

The Supreme court which sat in the early morning of Wednesday, 14th November in Abuja adjourned till 5th December due to the fact that Alimodu Sheriff who is one of the respondents was not in court and has been resistant to accepting a service of the suit because he was quoted not to be interested in any PDP matter since he had left the party. The Supreme court in agreement with the plaintiff (PDP) agreed to strike Alimodu Sheriff out as a party in the matter since he is no more a member of the party.

This development is another credibility and justification that true justice will emerge from the Supreme Court which will give the Party its right to its affairs which will automatically uphold the authenticity of Hon. Sikirulai Ogundele led Executive in Ogun PDP.
