Court Vacates order stopping Inec from reconginising Dapo Abiodun as candidate

A Federal High Court sitting in Abeokuta vacated its earlier interim order restraining the INEC from accepting the submission of Dapo Abiodun as APC governorship candidate for 2019 general election granted 3 days ago.

At the resume of hearing today the court was intimated of a pending suit involving some of the parties at Federal High Court Abuja wherein  the Plaintiffs are part of Defendants which the Plaintiffs could not denied,hence the Honorable Court discharged the interim granted and referred the matter be consolidated with the suit filed before  Federal High Court Abuja for proper adjudication.

The effect of the discharge of the interim order is to the effect that there is no impediment whatsoever to invalidate the candidature of Prince Dapo Abiodun as the authentic Candidate of APC for 2019 Governorship election.
