Court refuses to grant order to restrain fayemi from dissolving Local Govt

Application seeking to restrain Dr. Kayode Fayemi from dissolving Local Government council executives was today refused by an Ado Ekiti High Court.

In his ruling, Justice Adesodun said there is no compelling fact in the application to warrant the granting of the order.

Obafemi Adewale appeared for the Claimant Applicants while Tajudeen Akingbolu and Adeoye Aribasoye Esq appeared for HE Dr John Kayode Fayemi.

The substantive matter has been adjourned to the 23rd day of October, 2018.
