SHINA PELLER’S RECRUITMENT EXERCISE BEGINS FULLY

Shina Peller’s community empowerment project, the Shina Ayo Empowerment Program (SEAP) has moved a step further as the recruitment exercise and screening of applicants kicked off today, Wednesday 19th September 2018 in Iseyin.
It would be recalled that the recruitment advertisement had previously been placed online, seeking applications for various positions from qualified persons who must be residents of Iseyin/Itesiwaju/Kajola/Iwajowa federal constituency for the smooth management of SAEP.
The screening and interviews, which will run for two days, is meant to select the best hands from all the applicants to serve as a bridge between Shina Peller and his constituents for the purpose of empowering them.
Applicants from Iwajowa and Itesiwaju local government areas were screened and interviewed on the first day while the interviews for those from Iseyin and Kajola local government areas will be conducted tomorrow.
According to the register, 71 applicants from both Itesiwaju and Iwajowa local governments partook in today’s screening/ interview exercise.
The SAEP is borne out of Peller’s desire to bring about sustainable development across Iseyin/Itesiwaju/Kajola/Iwajowa federal constituency and to ensure wealth creation, employment opportunities and better standards of living for his people.
Furthermore, the programme is structured on operating independently on its own for the purpose of leaving a lasting legacy for the constituency and Oke Ogun at large. So, SAEP is  being set up around businesses it can ultimately survive on.
The Shina Ayo Empowerment Programme is seeking to recruit 16 zonal coordinators, four LG supervisors and one SAEP administrator.
The idea is putting a solid structure in place whereby wards in each local government within the constituency are grouped into four zones, with a coordinator for each zone. There will be four local government supervisors, one from each local government and one SAEP administrator. Zonal coordinators will report to their LG supervisors while LG supervisors will in turn report to the SAEP administrator.
This is to establish a good structure for SAEP so that its projects can be effectively executed towards the actualization of Shina Peller’s vision for sustainable development across the Iseyin/Itesiwaju/Kajola/Iwajowa federal constituency.
