The second day of Shina Peller’s tour across Iseyin/Itesiwaju/Kajola/
It began with his prompt response to the wishful statement made by the APC women leader (Iseyin LGA) that she has been longing to attend Hajj pilgrimage for years, but all to no avail. The woman, Olayemi Falilat Omolara, while welcoming Shina Peller to Faramora Ward 05, unintentionally made known her desire. To the surprise of all, Shina Peller took the microphone from her and said very humbly, “Insha Allah, you will attend the next Hajj pilgrimage, I will sponsor it.” The crowd responded with loud ovation.
Similarly, yesterday at Ward 04, he pledged to provide the people with a transformer to rescue them from darkness, and this will be done before the 2019 general elections. It is pertinent to note that this was an impromptu decision as he had no idea that the ward is in dire need of a transformer for power supply until he was informed.
In the same vein, Shina Peller made another impromptu donation of 100 pieces of plastic chairs to APC members in Okeola/Okeoja Ward 06 when he noticed there was need for it. Also yesterday, he was in Ward 08 Isalu II, where he appealed to party leaders and members to work in unity for the overall interest of Oke-Ogun community.
Also, in the course of yesterday’s tour, Shina Peller attended the annual traditional attire day celebration known as ASO OFI DAY, which was held within the palace of Aseyin of Iseyin. In attendance with him were His Royal Majesty, Oba Dr. Abdul Ganiyy Adekunle Salaudeen (Aseyin of Iseyin), Oyo State Honourable Commissioner for Information, Toye Arulogun and other prominent sons and daughters of Iseyin.
As the hashtag, ShinaAyo2019 denotes, Shina Peller is the key that will unlock the door to happiness, wealth creation, development and opportunities for the people of Oke-Ogun. Little wonder why the APC chairman (Iseyin LG) described him yesterday as the Messiah that the people of Oke-Ogun need.
