Senator Dino Melaye Arrested At the Airport

Controversial senator Dino Melaye was this morning arrested by men of the Nigerian Police at the Nnamdi Azikiwe International Airport Abuja.
Melaye was arrested while traveling out of the country for what he called an official assignment.
Melaye who personally disclosed his arrest on his twitter page, has been on wanted list of the police for many weeks.
He was declared wanted over allegations that he armed some youths in his home state of Kogi to cause mayhem.
Suspects who had earlier indicted Melaye later escaped from prison custody but were later re-arrested.
