former chieftain of the All Progressives Congress [APC], Chief Tom Ikimi has been arrested by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission [EFCC] over his role in the ongoing arms fund saga.
Chief Ikimi was also the ex- minister of foreign affairs under the late Nigerian dictator, General Sani Abacha.
It could be recalled that Mr. Ikimi had abandoned the APC over some power sharing which saw him left out of the party’s top positions after the APC national congress in 2015.
