Cowbellpedia winner’s parents give kudos to child’s school
The parents of the overall winner of the 2015 Cowbellpedia Television Quiz, Senior Category, Ayodeji Akinkuowo, have commended the management of Adeyemi Demonstration Secondary School, Ondo for grooming their child for the contest.
Akinkuowo, a student of the school won the trophy for the senior category of Cowbellpedia; his counterpart, Munachi Ernest-Eze of Loyola Jesuit College coasted home the gold medal for the junior cadre.
The duo came top of their counterparts in the final of the competition held in Lagos recently. In the senior category, Akinkuowo led the pack of five other finalists; with Titilayo Fasoro-Adewale (Hallmark Secondary School, Ondo) winning the award for the second position and Joshua Mokut (Emilis Academy, Calabar, Cross River State) clinching the medal for the third position. Similarly, representative of Loyola Jesuit College, Abuja, Munachi Ernest-Eze won the trophy for the junior cadre. Ajoke Taiwo, a student of Scholars Universal Secondary School, Ota, Ogun State; came second with Ayomide Fadipe, another student of Loyola Jesuit College winning the medal for the third position.
In his assessment of the competition, Ayodeji’s father, Taiwo Akinkuowo, described his ward as an obedient child. He said the feat recorded in the contest was heart-warming and commendable; stating that the management of Adeyemi Demonstration Secondary School had done an excellent job in moulding the child to his current form.
His words: “The school management has played vital roles. The success my child recorded in Cowbellpedia TV Quiz was partly due to the role the school management has played. They have complemented the parental support Ayodeji enjoys at home.”
He recalled that Ayodeji had at a point requested that his school be changed, but according to him, the parents did not get adequate reasons to warrant the change.
Corroborating his remarks about the school, Ayodeji’s mother, Toyin Akinkuowo said it was clear the school imparted quality training in their students. She stated that her child has Agape love for Mathematics especially; and for study generally.
The Principal of the School, Emmanuel Owasoyo, also said due to his brilliance, Ayodeji was made the Head Prefect. According to him, Ayodeji efficiently combines the responsibility of that office with the requirements of his study. He said: “He is a future leader the nation looks up to.”
Meanwhile, Ayodeji’s father lauded Cowbell, produced by Promasidor Nigeria Limited, for providing the platform on which his child excelled. He advised that many more corporate organisations should emulate Promasidor in the area of creating avenues for discovering future inventors for Nigeria.

The new initiative is designed to reward and celebrate excellence in the subject area of Mathematics.
