Kuku seeks Falae’s unconditional release
The Special Adviser to former Pesident Goodluck Jonathan on Niger Delta Affairs,Hon. Kingsley Kuku,has condemned the abduction of Elder Statesman,Chief Olu Falae.
Kuku described the act of his abductors as undesirable, absurd and barbaric considering the age and background of the former secretary to the Government of the Federation(SGF) who was also a Minister of finance.
Kuku, a People’s Democratic Party(PDP) chieftain,who also served as the Chairman of The Presidential Amnesty programme called for the immediate and unconditional release of Falae, who is the National Chairman of the Social Democratic party(SDP).
He equally called on security agencies to step up actions to secure the immediate and unconditional release of the former presidential Candidate of the AD/APP
Hon. Kuku also expressed deep sympathy for the family,friends and political associates of the septuagenarian politician,who had been in captivity for over 48 hours.
He prayed that God will uphold them as they eagerly await the release of one of the great pillars of our beloved nation.
