Alhaji Razak Gawat still missing, not Dead

Tuesday 10 July will forever be a day to remember for friends and family of Alhaji Rasaq Aremu Gawat who left his Lagos Island home in the morning for Ikeja and has since not returned.

Particularly famous for his  programme at dawn during the season of Ramadan on NTA, the Muslim cleric is highly respected and loved, thus his sudden disappearance has been a source of concern to many.

Sources inform us that his jeep was found around 1a.m on  wednesday 11 July 2012 on Carter bridge by LASTMA officials, however his whereabouts still remains a mystery.

Contrary to rumours being spread around that his body has been found, his first son and daughter has released a statement countering such claims saying:

“Alhaji Gawat is still missing, not dead! If you have any useful information about his whereabouts, please ping me, contact NTA, the police, or call 07033867747. Thank you!

We hope that someone comes forward soon with useful information as to his whereabouts. May God console the family at this time.

    I strongly believe he is healthy and save,no matter where he is’ i know it’s for a reason.God will put those behind dis 2 shame and he will be released.
