Today was a terrible day for customers of Ecobank as Banking Activities in all branches were at ground zero and no one could either withdraw or engage in any serious Banking transcations leaving many of their customers stranded.

We called the Head-office to confirm our findings and we were told the corporate Affairs department were in a serious meetings and hope by tomorrow banking activities will resume.
