Versatile and multiple award winning entertainer, Helen Paul, has joined the league of respected ambassadors of telecommunications giant, Globacom.
She signed the mouth-watering endorsement deal worth several millions of naira in May, but it was officially made public earlier this week.
Helen, who is famously known as Tatafo on radio, also signed an endorsement deal with GoTV, a cable television station owned by Multichoice the same month.
Bayo Adetu, Helen Paul’s publicist, confirmed that his client signed the two endorsement deals, but declined to give further details.
“Yes, Helen Paul is now a Globacom ambassador and she is extremely happy about it, just as anybody in her shoes would be. Glo is a massive brand everybody loves to be associated with,” Adetu hinted.
Helen Paul is a comedienne, singer, actress, dancer, compere, playwright, and journalist. Perhaps best known as a stand-up comedienne and popularly known as Tatafo, her style is quirky and spontaneous; and coupled with her petite stature and a voice range that makes you guess she is less than 10 years of age, she holds her audience spellbound anytime she performs. Helen Paul is a graduate of Theatre Arts from the University of Lagos.
Helen Paul currently co-hosts M-Net Africa Magic’s “JARA”, a programme that provides fans and viewers generally with inside scoops of Nollywood –the movies, the actors/actresses, directors, producers, interviews, countdown of different categories of the who-is-who in the Industry and behind-the-scenes clips.
She currently anchors two radio programmes; Tatafo Gist on Naija FM and Comedy Drive Time With Tatafo on Metro FM every Fridays and Mondays respectively.
