As the Kwara State Government finalises the 5400 youth jobs it plans to provide next month, an additional 1000 forms have been made available online for graduate youths.
According the Chairman of the Quickwin Implementation Committee, Alhaji Isiaka Gold, who announced the additional 1000 jobs, the online forms which can be downloaded at www.kwarastate.gov.ng/kwabes_ edu/quickwinx.php, are targeted at holders of National Certificate of Education(NCE) and above.
According to him, those with school leaving certificate and below are already being accommodated in the first phase of the scheme,
Alhaji Gold, who is also the secretary to the state government, described the response to the initial 5400 forms distributed at the 193 wards in the state as enthusiastic and assured those yet to secure the forms that as a total of 8200 youths will be engaged by this year under the Quickwin Scheme. He stressed that apart from an additional 200 youths will be engaged monthly once the initial 5400 are fully engaged under the Quickwin intervention.
