A 22-year-old Nigerian by name Babafemi Junaid was yesterday stabbed to death in Greenford, West London.
Femi was found dead in a care and a Scotland Yard spokesman said: “We believe the man had been stabbed nearby prior to getting into the car, in which he appears to have been trying to drive off.”
Reports in the British press said his relatives have been informed and that a murder investigation is now underway.
A report in the online edition of London Evening Standard said: “Detectives believe Femi was stabbed in Clapham Road, 50 yards from the scene of the collision, before getting into his car and colliding with the bus
“No arrests have been made, police said.
“Police said today the incident may be linked to reports of a fight between a group of males on a bus outside Stockwell Underground station just minutes earlier.
“There were no other injuries reported from the fight on the bus, and police said no arrests have been made in relation to that incident.
“Clapham Road was closed in both directions last night as a result of the incident, Transport for London said
