On Thursday, February 6, 2025, the best civil servant in each Ministry, Department, and Agency (MDA) in Akwa Ibom State will receive an encouragement grant of One Million Naira (N1,000,000.00) each from the Governor, Pastor Umo Eno.
Also, 50 home farmers will receive a Five Hundred Thousand Naira (N500,000.00) grant each, to boost their farming activities, while 400 female youths who underwent Enterpreneur Accelarator Training (EAP) in Ibom LED as well as ARISE Ladies in White, will receive a business support grant of Seven Hundred and Fifty Thousand Naira (N750,000.00) each.
In addition to these, winners of Christmas Unplugged 2.0 Local Government Competition as well as winners of the 2023 Governor’s Cup Tournament, alongside other outstanding individuals, will receive fantastic prizes.
All of these will take place during the ARISE Happy Hour & Evening of Rewards billed to take place at the Amphitheater in Unity Park, Udo Udoma Avenue, Uyo, at 6pm.
The ARISE Happy Hour & Evening of Rewards is designed by Governor Umo Eno to reward hardwork, commitment, diligence, and also to motivate Akwa Ibom people.
