“Hon. Oladipupo Adebutu’s Lineage: Unraveling the Truth Behind the Controversy”

The attention of Ladi Adebutu Development Organization has been drawn to a release signed by one man who is ashamed to bear his real father’s name and calls himself ‘Abayomi Arabambi’ on Hon. Oladipupo Adebutu’s lineage and his connection to Egbaland. Ordinarily, he does not deserve any response from us but it is important not to allow his ignorance to mislead the public.

It is not surprising that Arabambi as usual lacks understanding and knowledge to comprehend facts, particularly when he is acting the script of his paymasters.

One wonders how the revealing story that Hon. Adebutu’s great-grandfather died and was buried at Ijeun Akoni in Odeda Local Government has become a big threat to some people. Thankfully, Hon. Adebutu did not lie about his connection to Ijeun Akoni like some people who had nothing to prove their connection with any part of Ogun State but claimed indigene of the State.

If Arabambi understood the account given by Hon. Adebutu, he would not have goofed with his needless and baseless release. The fear of the unique credibility of Hon Oladipupo Adebutu in Ogun State should stop driving Arabambi and his paymasters crazy.

We are not going to join issues with someone who is not proud of his father’s name (Onigbinde) rather, we advise him to understand very well Hon. Adebutu’s account on his link to Ijeun Akoni and stop acting the meaningless script of his jittery paymasters.

Arabambi should be well cautioned not to bring disrepute to the highly revered monarch, the Alake of Egbaland who is the father of all Egbas by challenging an important Chief of Egbaland of his linkage to Egbaland.

The paymasters of Arabambi should understand better if Arabambi fails to understand simple facts that Hon. Adebutu can not just be talking about his linkage to Egbaland now after being conferred with the Maiyegun of Ijeun and Lisa Aje of Egbaland far back in the year 2020; he also rebuilt the Central mosque beside where his great-grandfather was buried in 1932 at Ijeun Akoni in 2019.

We advise Arabambi and his paymasters to get more busy with things that are more profitable and stop politicizing every action, although, Arabambi is always known for his controversial tendencies. He earns from causing cohesion.

Hon Adebutu has a clear biological history that is not fading with time, he respects history, culture, religion and traditions, he will therefore, not for any reason formulate stories nor make frivolous claims about his origin like some people do.

We appreciate the good people of Egbaland for always giving support to their son, the Mayeigun of Ijeun and Lisa Aje of Egbaland, who in turn will continue to uphold the Egba tradition and heritage of the forefathers.
