“Nigerian Sports Journalism Mourns the Loss of Veteran Analyst Kayode Tijani”

A prominent Nigerian sports journalist and analyst, Mr. Kayode Tijani has died.

Though there is no official family confirmations of the death of veteran journalist, one of his colleagues in the sports journalism community Colin Udoh broke the news via his X handle late Wednesday night.

Udoh wrote “Another sad news today. Our friend and colleague Kayode Tijani has passed on.”

Tijani was a television sports analyst as well as a magazine publisher.

His death is believed to have thrown the sports world into Mourning as many get the information about his passing late Wednesday.
