“Governorship Strife: Rivers Assembly Announces Vacant Seats in Political Upheaval”

The Rivers state house of assembly has declares the seat of 25 lawmakers loyal to former governor, Nyesom Wike vacant.

This is coming after they defected to the All Progressive Congress earlier this week in protest against the governor, Sim Fubara.

The house of assembly which sat today under the leadership of Rt. Hon. Edison Ehie declared their sit vacant.
