“Abeokuta Set for Historic Day as Friends Honor Ex-High Commissioner, Chief Sarafa Tunji Isola”

The Committee of Friends of the immediate past Nigeria High Commissioner to the United Kingdom, Chief Sarafa Tunji Isola, OFR, have concluded plans to hold a rousing homecoming reception for the ambassador.

Chairman, Reception Planning Committee, Chief Joju Fadairo, in a statement, said that the event will hold on Thursday, December 14, 2023 at the Olusegun Obasanjo Presidential Library, Marquee, Abeokuta, beginning at 10:00 am.

The Alake and Paramount Ruler of Egbaland, Oba Adedotun Aremu Gbadebo, CFR is the chairman of the occasion.

Attendance at the ceremony is stricly by invitation, Fadairo stated.
