Osun State Governor, Senator Ademola Adeleke is set to hold the maiden edition of Ipade Imole, a quarterly accountability and transparency program of the Osun state government.
The program is set to hold at 10am on Thursday, 5th October, 2023 at Aurora Events Centre, Osogbo, the Osun state capital.
Osun Spring recall that the Spokesperson to Osun State Governor, Mallam Olawale Rasheed had earlier declared that the forum will be held on a quarterly basis with a focus on detailed reports of government finance, revenue inflows, expenditure and ongoing and completed projects.
He added that the “Ipade Imole” will involve relevant government agencies delivering reports of activities of each ministry to give details of ongoing projects, how much it costs, stages of completion and other contractual details to the public through the forum.
In another chat with Journalists on Wednesday, Spokesperson to Osun State Governor, Mallam Olawale Rasheed reaffirmed that “It’s part of the transparency of this Government to carry the people along in the decision-making process and to gain valuable insights from the residents of Osun State.”
“The Ipade Imole event promises to be an important occasion, where Adeleke will interact with the public, highlighting the progress made under his leadership and the direction in which he intends to steer the state in the coming years.
