The meeting was well attended by members from all the seven Local Government Areas of Kwara South Senatorial District under the leadership of Chief J.B.Ayeni, Senator Bisi Oyewo, Prince Sunday Fagbemi, Asiwaju M.T.Lawal, Hon Dele Shittu and Prince Shuaib Olarewaju
The meeting resolved as follows:
(1) The Forum hereby commend His Excellency, Mallam AbdulRahaman AbdulRasak for his giant strides so far in the governance of Kwara State and the Forum prayed for his devine protection and guidance.
(2) The Forum wish to pledge its unalloyed support and loyalty to His Excellency as the Leader of our Great Party, APC in Kwara State.
(3) The Forum wish to dissociate itself from the unruly behaviour of the State APC Executives as demonstrated in their meeting with His Excellency few days ago which we feel is a flagrant disrespect to His Excellency as the constitutionally recognised Leader of our Party.
(4) In conclusion,the Forum urge His Excellency not to be distracted by the antics of the State Executives and some individuals in Kwara South Senatorial District.
The Forum therefore urge His Excellency to continue his good works to the good people of Kwara State.
