The AlterDate movie, a block buster that has been trending in Lagos, Abuja and other parts of the country for the past few months, has added Ogun State to its viewers’ list.
According to the Producer of the movie, Mrs Yemisi Banjoko Ogunyemi, although a large number of viewers had been recorded in Lagos, Abuja and some other major Nigerian cities, the organising crew remained insatiable in its quest to ensure that nearly every Nigerian home had the opportunity of watching the movie which many viewers had described as a ‘lesson-teacher’ for lovers.
Explaining further on reasons for the delay in getting the movie available to Abeokuta based admirers, Banjoko said that the it was initially slated for viewing at the OOPL Obasanjo Library Cinema, Abeokuta but unfortunately due to some technical problems on the part of the cinema operators, it could not hold.
“We then later decided to review the Abeokuta show especially as our teeming admirers at the Ogun State capital kept willing that it came to their domain”, she added.
The movie has been viewed in a total of 33 big cinemas nationwide and located in Abuja, Port Harcourt, Lagos, Uyo, Benin. Ibadan, Kano, Warri.
It would start showing at Capricorn Cinema, Abeokuta as from Friday 21st June, this year.
