Being a Presidential Spokesman is one hell of a job, worse with a Principal that is taciturn, vindictive, nepotistic and uncharismatic. To most successful Salesmen, tact, lovable calm and candour is key.
To citizen Femi Adesina all is fair in war, and selling citizen Buhari is war. To him, all who disagree with Buhari are WAILERS, ‘SONS OF PERDITION’, CORRUPT ENEMIES OF NIGERIA, HATERS, PEOPLE OF LOW VALUES and LOSERS. Choose your tag, I’m a WAILING WAILER.
Insulting those who disagree with his Master rather than explaining ‘the whys’ of his policies are my Egbon Femi’s forte. And to him, you must agree with Buhari or be recommended for a brain scan.
I can’t say how long this series will be, but I promise to make each Part as forthright as possible. Adesina writes with blinding hate, divisiveness and venom, he makes more enemies for his Boss, well I guess ‘like Father like Son’. Buhari loves hate, revenge and revanchism, and Egbon Femi appears infected. If ‘they’ve got their groove’, someone must tell them that Nigerians ‘ain’t grooving’ in the face of hunger, insecurity, joblessness and depression.
Tell them that defending horrendous insecurity, waving off the daily dish of human barbecues across the land, and 4years on blaming the opposition for the failures of Govt. is saddening and sickening.
And may those who defend infamy reap the whirlwind that attends blind partisanship.
I pray that the innocent be spared the scourge of the karma next door, for Nigeria shall outlive the present shenanigans. BLESSEDNESS.
