Lagos APC Women Leader Wins Her Ward, Local Govt For Buhari

 

The Women Leader of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Lagos State, Hon. Jumoke Okoya-Thomas has won her ward, Olowogbowo Ward A1/A4 and entire Lagos Island Local Government for President Muhammadu Buhari in the Presidential election, which held across the country on Saturday 23rd February, 2019.

In the results collated across the polling booths in the ward, APC scored 1,674 votes as against 313 votes of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) for the presidential election.

The APC also won the senatorial election in the ward with 1,753 votes against 320 votes of the PDP.

In the House of Representatives results collated in the ward, the APC defeated the PDP by scoring 1,693 votes against 353 votes.
