Ekiti APC inaugurates their presidential campaign council team this evening. The committee which have over 60 members which includes youths and elders
of the party was saddled with the responsibility of giving the party victory in the coming presidential elections slated for Feb.16
The chairman of APC in the state ,Barr.Paul Omotosho while presenting the committee members to the governor of the state said, ”the team was not put together because they have beautiful faces but because they are men and women of capacity”
The Governor of the state ,John Kayode fayemi in his brief address echoed that , ”what we have done is passing a vote of confidence not only in this people(committee members) but to show that as a party we have enough hands to put this capable team together”
”The governor also maintained that this coming election will be a consolidation election and it will also be an end of discussion election where we will demonstrate to our adversaries that we are not mates”
The governor however charges the committee members that the task before them is like handling them our independence and am sure they know what that means.
I know the people that I have in this committee have capacity and am sure they will deliver.
The chairman of the committee ,Oluomo Osikolu said , ”we want to assure the Governor that the committee is not scared of the task ahead of them, he prayed that with the help of God the election will be a walk over and they will deliver 100percent”
