KWSG Resumes Road Rehabilitation Work in Ilorin, Ajase-Ipo

The Kwara State Ministry of Works and Transportation has resumed rehabilitation of roads within and outside the state capital following the receipt of a fresh supply of bitumen at its asphalt plant.
According to a schedule released by the State Commissioner of Works and Transport, Alhaji Aro Yahaya, the rehabilitation will run from Wednesday, 18th December, to ‪Saturday, 22nd December, 2018‬ and will cover the following road and areas: Isale -Oja- Pakata Road/ Abe Emi, Awolowo Road (Tanke), Broadway- Recreation, Oko Erin- Cemetery Road/Oko Erin- Taiwo, and Fate Round About-Muhammed Abdullahi Road. Others are Abayawo- Itadu Road, Edun Road, Unity- Taiwo Isale Road, Agunji Road, Oke- Fomo Road, Idi-Ape-Baruba, Adabata Junction and Ajase-Ipo Township Roads.
Alhaji Yahaya assured that more roads will be rehabilitated as soon as the Ministry receives fresh supplies of bitumen and other required materials.
