Succour, finally came to former governor of Ekiti State, Ayo Fayose, was granted bail by a Federal High Court sitting in Lagos, which remanded in the custody of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC), which is currently prosecuting him.
The EFCC, had charged the former Ekiti State governor on Ex-Ekiti Governor, who had been in detention, since October 16, a day after his tenure ended on an 11-counts of fraud totalling N30billion, to which he pleaded not guilty.
Fayose, is being prosecuted alongside his company — Spotless Investment Ltd.
