1. The approved plan sited shows a Proposed Commercial Building with Spaces denoted as Studios 1& 2 which was duly approved by the OYO State Government parastatal.
2. No adjoining facilities was observed outside the Airspaces. Except the one by the exit gate which can serve as a Gate House __(Pictures shared initially_).
3. The maximum set back for a building to a major road is 6m to the drainage then 3m to the road from the drainage or 15m to the building from the middle of the road. I would have faulted the setback from the Building but due to the rehabilitation work already done on that road, I will reserve my comment.
My candid advice, Fresh FM should try to negotiate their way with the State Government cos I see politics in play but for Building Laws and Conformity, I don’t see anything out of place here cos the Road Expansion has been done and commissioned for usage before now.
