The candidate of the Action Democratic Party (ADP), Otunba Segun Adewale, popularly known as OSAPraPra has taken his campaign to Omuo in Ekiti East part of the State.
ADP who picked a deputy governorship candidate, Hon (Mrs) Tonia Omonusi from Ekiti East, was welcome by a large crowd of supporters on Monday afternoon.
The communities visited includes Ilasa, Kota, Omuooke, Omuo, Eda-Ile, Ikun Oba and Araromi-oke, the visitation became agog with the triumphant entry of ADP campaign team into the Local government.
Otunba Segun Adewale met with mornachs, student groups, farmers, women and youth groups to tell them his campaign manifesto.
OSAPraPra who was accompanied by his deputy, Hon Tonia Omonusi, assured the people in the local government of rapid developments in all the social economy sector available in all the communities when voted in as the next Governor of Ekiti State.
ADP candidate promises to fix bad roads across the state, assured to support women and youths with business grants to support traders and businesses for rapid economic growth, he also said agriculture is one of his focus, that he will support farmers across the state with seedlings and funds to assist them to grow, OSAPraPra, continuing his campaign has said that he will pay all the civil servants salary owed to them by Fayose’s led government and also clear all the pensions backlog.
Ekiti rebirth group in Ekiti East, one of the several groups that received ADP campaign team, promise to mobilize voters across the state and that Ekiti people will vote massively for the ADP, assuring that they will also ensure that their votes are counted and protected.
Adewale urged the entire voters in Ekiti State to vote for his party ADP as the only credible alternative party capable of wiping away poverty from the state, he added that Ekiti people should ignore the unfounded propaganda peddled against him that he is not running by those who are afraid of his unstoppable popularity and their impending defeat on Saturday.
ADP candidate, Otunba Segun Adewale urged the people to come out enmass and cast their votes for his party ADP, and that they should conduct themselves in peaceful manner before during and after the electioneering process.
He however encourage the people that while it is certain that ADP will win the election, the voters must vote and protect their vote till the results are announced.
