Resign now Youth Advocate tells Fayemi

Fayemi resumes office today, Olajide Samuel Harmony vow to petition him, says it violation of party constitution.

Mr Olajide Samuel Harmony, a Youth advocate has vow to petition the Minister of mines and steals Dr John Kayode Fayemi over His refusal to resign from His ministerial office while he was still aspiring to get the APC ticket.

Mr Olajide Samuel Harmony in a statement signed by Him and released by His spokesperson, Mr Tanimola Daniel said it is no longer a rumour but a fact that Fayemi has resume his office today as Minister in the federal republic of Nigeria. He said Fayemi should be petitioned since He already violated the APC constitution.

Mr Olajide said Fayemi is a longtime party man who is not stranger to the APC should know the Rules and regulations guiding the Party. In His statement,  He said the ego of the former Ekiti state Governor is now becoming unbearable to the well mannered party members and it need urgent caution.

It’s barbaric and uncalled for  Fayemi to have a dual duty as a minister and at the same time contesting for the party Gubernatorial ticket without resigning from One.

Mr Olajide Harmony who backed his statement with the party constitution said

“the provision of Article 31(1)(iii) of the APC Constitution, which requires any serving officer desirous of seeking re-election to resign from office 30 days before election

Dr John Kayode Fayemi has violated the party constitution before the disrupted primary election where He took annulled leave instead of resignation but its not as obvious as this, He said how will Fayemi resume office today when He was still in the race. He described Fayemi as an arrogant and not ignorant of the party constitution who see Himself as more formidable and valuable than the party constitution and the party leaders.

In His submission Mr Olajide vows to petition Fayemi If He refused to step down from the race within the next 24hours or resign from His Ministerial Position..
