Obiano Receives More Commendations For Fulfilling Election Promises
Governor Willie Obiano has been described as one of the most people oriented and responsive leaders in Nigeria.
The National Co-ordinator of the Willie Obiano Support Group, Chief Jude Emecheta who made this assertion while exchanging views with newsmen at the Government House, Awka, said the Governor has remained steadfast to his electioneering promises.
Chief Emecheta commended the Governor for his weekly inspection of many ongoing projects across the state and for his pledge to complete about forty ongoing road projects in different parts of the state before the commencement of this year’s rainy season.
He also expressed delight that the world class Gold Tulip Hotel at Agulu would commence operation before the second inauguration of the Obiano administration on the seventeenth of next month.
The National leader of the Support Group emphasised that the choice of a former Governor of the Central Bank of Nigeria, Professor Chukwuma Soludo, as the chairman of the Board of Directors of the hotel at Agulu, was a clear indication that the hotel would be of international standard and the best in the Southeast.
Chief Emecheta also expressed optimism that the Obiano administration and the All Progressives Grand Alliance, APGA will soon further enhance the socio-economic well being and status of Anambra state and the Southeast geopolitical zone of Nigeria.
