UMANA OKON UMANA, STOP BONDING FACTS WITH LIES

I am not a fan of rejoinders. I believe every human is entitled to his opinion and such opinions are voiced out of convictions. You either agree or disagree. More so, I pooh-pooh rejoinders because many persons use that opportunity to abuse people instead of focusing on the main issues. I do not intend to join issues with the media vuvuzelas of the APC governorship candidate. Their principal has ordered his men to embark on the task of making him a saint, while demonizing the current and past Governors of this state before the entire world. They have now transferred their frustration to my direction. What they however do not know is that I have a full immunity to their blackmail. Akwa Ibom people can never be fooled by any selfish man who thinks he can hoodwink the whole state.
I will never waver in setting the tone and defining this discourse, until “hurly-burly is done, the battle is lost and won”. The people of this state will never be deceived by your highly illusory nature which is tarred with destructive individuality and a dangerous spirit of vindictiveness and ravenousness. The mission too canonize St Umana Okon Umana of the holy Rosary of Christ is futile as his linen is far away from having such colouration of rectitude and celestial garb.
Rather than allow these megaphones to continuously butter the hearts of the people with occulted fallacies, let me expand their sensibility with more sententious truths, without running away from the projected evils which divinity can surmount with a blink of an eye.
There is a lot of wisdom in the story of the vulture. The neck of a vulture is as long as the desires of the vulture is, but this is because most vultures have a large pouch in the throat (crop) and can go for long periods without food—adaptations to a feast-or-famine scavenging lifestyle. Humans should not be like vultures. We are not given to greed like vultures, we are without large pouch. That is how our conducts should be. Even our adventure into politics ought to be forthright and upright. Not so for the APC and their politicians. Theirs is a nest for adulterous politicians like Senator Ita Enang, a man without determinant virtue, who acts as a bilker at all times. He disgraced Akwa Ibom State by stealing the budget of the entire country. May God forgive him and I don’t know between Senator Ita Enang and Anini, who the better thief is . Anini was generous at least, Ita isn’t. But, how could Mr Enang beat over one thousand security agents in the national Assembly and carted away over two hundred copies of the 2016 budget? This is a million years thievery miracle !!!
Back to Obong Umana Okon Umana and his holier than thou posture and claims to integrity. I would not confront him with facts of his sharp practices if there were no documents to back up my claims. What drives me to question his moral authority to demonize others is his recent sanctimonious posture. It is further worsened by the stand of his cultic followers who are out to demonize others with lies, when we know that Umana does not have a place with the saints.
Let be establish to all , that it is only the ministry of Finance that was the funding Ministry , while others were only supervising ministries during Obong Attah regime.
Umana never takes responsibility for his actions. He is always dodging and passing the buck. He has been indicted severally by panels of inquiries and as usual, he blames others. Akwa Ibom people cannot be cowed. Take the Science Park Project, the public inquiry which was headed by a very intelligent and highly respectable son of Uruan Inyang Atakpor, Rt Hon Bar Usenobong Akpabio . In page 145 of the final reports, Obong Umana was indicted by Engr Frank Okon. It was clearly said that the then Commissioner for Finance did not release the entire funds to the contracting firm. Sir, your record at the Ministry shows you paid Five million, Seven hundred thousand dollars, but the contracting firm say you only remitted to them One million, three hundred dollars.
Please tell Akwa Ibom people what happened to the contributory funds of the State Civil Servants at First Bank of Nigeria, which when the then incumbent Governor ordered the bank to refund to the owners, the bank report showed that you had earlier ordered for the money to be transferred to a certain account, this evidence can be traced to your memo SSG/AKSG/A/564/VOL 6/368. . Akwa Ibom people are simply asking for these simple answers. We all know you know less than a little about industrialization. So, we wouldn’t bother you.
Sir, the final report of the Ibom International Airport says in page 254 , that your ministry did not release the total sum to the contracting firm , this insinuation was made by Chief Ime Ekanem and Dyncorp , over 100 hundred billion was missing from the funds that your ministry documented to have been released to the Dyncorp. Please avail yourself copies of these public inquiry and study it very well , maybe you can assemble your legal counsel to sue both Ime Ekanem(Dyncorp ) and Engr Frank Okon for lying against you wrongly by so doing ,your sainthood will be restored
On the sales of Akwa Ibom shares in Econet wireless, the former Governor of Akwa Ibom State indicted you , he told a world press conference that the sales of the shares was handled by the Ministry of Finance under your supposed prudent leadership, yet the money is missing and there is no financial record to show how much was remitted to the State coffers.
Since you were the commissioner of Finance Ministry it will be wise to educate the people of the State to how much the shares was sold , and where the funds was retired to, or if it was used to fund any project in Barbados unknown to the people of Akwa Ibom State .
On the servicing of the Toyota Cars, though you did come to present the receipts of the contract and memos, the Global Concord of 27th November of 2013 indicted you of looting the three billion naira, in disguise to service few Toyota cars in the Government House. My submissions are based on these traceable and documented facts .
On AEC works, Use Ikot Ama Ama project, the contract which was first given to the tune of 4.4 billion , because of many variations your company applied for, it closed at 8.5billion naira without completion of the project.
If my facts are wrong please prove me wrong with documents not fluke rejoinders. The last payment to that contract was done in September 2013, the sum on eight hundred million was transferred into UBA bank account and the director of finance of ACE works was one Victor who signed for the collection of that cheque. Please check your records if I’m right. It would be good if you order your company back on site to complete this project for Akwa Ibom people, as the people of Ibiono Ibom Local Government Area are wailing for the completion of this highly important road.
A right thinking leader should be responsive to the people. The major reason we all aspire to lead must be service to the humanity not in pretense for looting , this I believe that your reason for aspiring to be Akwa Ibom State governor is to continue the looting and drown the people into eternal poverty while your family lives large? Speak your servant heareth!
