Dr. Ifeanyi Patrick Ubah, the owner of Ifeanyi Ubah FC, has sealed a partnership deal with West Ham United of England. In a bid to finalise this deal, Ifeanyi Ubah was accompanied to West Ham United by the former Super Eagles Captain, Austin Jayjay Okocha.
