Customer Passion Point Limited (CPPL) held her June 2015 edition of the Monthly Training Programme For Business People, organised for owners and core staff of small and growing businesses in Nigeria. The one day intensive training held in Lagos with the theme, “Business Strategies for Growth and Profitability”. It was well attended despite the lull in the country as a result of the heightened expectations from our politics. One of the participants Laolu Oluwarinde of Deluxe Residences has this to say. ‘’ ‘It was a value adding experience. Awesome trainers and participants’.

‘The June Edition of the program was the 11th in the series which has hosted over 150 participants to date.’ So says Customer Service Expert and Public Speaker as well as Chief Operating Officer / Head of Training at Customer Passion Point , Mrs Chinwe Kalu. She adds, ‘For any business to continue to satisfy its customers there must be systems in place to ensure continuous and sustainable delivery of quality service across touch points. That is the focal point of this training program-providing participants with the skills they need to put these structures and processes in place in their businesses’.

Marketing expert and Lead Consultant / CEO of CPPL, Ikechukwu Kalu noted that “Forward looking businesses know that value creation through efficient and effective marketing is the key to success across times and seasons. The challenge for most businesses is that they are not able to quickly and cleverly adapt their marketing strategies to current and foreseeable economic climates. This is not surprising as successful business promotion requires marketing experience and knowledge that many businesses don’t have in-house’.

He emphasized that there may be the need to  ‘’invest in an experienced business marketing consultant that can give an organization the help that is needed to acquire, grow and retain customers while building a solid and sustainable brand. When you build your brand, it will sell itself through advocacy which is the ultimate of goal of marketing’ .
