The founder of Tony Elumelu Foundation Entrepreneurship Programme, Tony O. Elumelu has been invited by President Obama to speak at a White House event on May 11th, which recognises emerging global entrepreneurs and highlights the importance of investing in women and young entrepreneurs.
In the same vein, applicants have been automatically enrolled as members of the Tony Elumelu Entrepreneurs Network, through which they will benefit from tailored contents that will help them realise their entrepreneurship goal, as well as networking opportunities. This will also prepare applicants to reapply in 2016. Similarly, the network is now live!
The network will be providing applicants with its monthly newsletter starting from the end of May 2015. Also, the founder will host a one hour webinar interview with an A-list African entrepreneur on May 19. More details about shall be made available soon.
It is important to note that this is a huge platform to highlight #AfricanEntrepreneurs and the Foundation would love for you to tune in.
