The Nigerian Army has said it is not in possession of the original or photocopies of the credentials of the presidential candidate of the All Progressives Congress, Major General Muhammadu Buhari, one of Nigeria’s leading newspapers, The Punch, is reporting.
The Nigerian Army was said to have made this position known on Tuesday at a press conference in Abuja.
The Army said what it has in its possession is just a letter from the Principal of Buhari’s secondary school, dated 1961, recommending him for enlistment into the military school.
