OUR DAILY MANNA (ODM) PUBLISHER, BISHOP (DR) CHRIS KWAKPOVWE LOSES DAD

Pa. Stephen Kasoro Kwakpovwe, father of the publisher of the
wave-making and award -winning international Christian daily
devotional, “Our Daily Manna,” is dead.
The fisher of men’s father died at 8.30pm on Saturday, August 16th
2014 in his home at Ughelli, Delta State, Nigeria, after a well-lived
life at the age of 90.
Bishop Dr. Chris, who was in far away United States of America when
the incident happened, confirmed to us via telephone, the death of his
father.
He said the family would soon issue a statement giving details of his
burial internment.
Speaking further on the death of his father, Dr Chris stated that his
father lived a good life which can be emulated worldwide.
“It is a celebration that will re-define the meaning of death for
many. He was my best friend, who called black, black and white, white.
The family is not mourning but in celebration mood and urge all well
wishers, pastors, friends and OUR DAILY MANNA users to get ready for a
grand celebration of life programme,” he told us.
He further asserts that the disciplinarian lived a very exemplary and
accomplished life as a nonagenarian.
Pa Stephen Kasoro kwakpovwe, until his death was a man who loved
education and exhibited it during his life time.
He was a retired grade 1 principal of several secondary schools under
the then Bendel State and Delta state of NIgeria and was survived by a
wife, 12 children, 33 grandchildren, sons and daughter in laws.
The “CELEBRATION OF LIFE” programme (Burial Arrangement) will be
announced and released by the family soon.
Meanwhile, as they “mourn” (CELEBRATE) Pa Stephen Kwakpovwe, friends
and fans of the ODM Publisher have urged him and his family to give
thanks to God Almighty for the Nonagenarian’s well -lived life.
