Katsina State governor marries Yar’ Adua’s daughter

Governor Ibrahim Shehu Shema of Katsina State will today get married to Miss Maryam Yar’Adua, a daughter of the late President Umaru Yar’Adua. The wedding prayers will be held at the new Usman Dan Fodio mosque in the afternoon. Maryam is the first daughter of the late Alhaji Umaru, and her sisters, Nafisa and Zainab, are married to Governors Isa Yuguda of Bauchi and Saidu Dakingari of Kebbi.
