The Bank�s upgrade to Finacle 10 banking platform will simplify customer transactions, support the latest database technologies as well as improve functional and operational capabilities on its network.

   From 6/06/13, to 8/6/13 FirstBank customers can access funds via ATMs, FirstOnline & Firstmonie during the upgrade. All channels and branches will resume normal operations on Monday June 10, 2013.

  1. This is a very interesting article. I just started researching more on First Bank and do not understand how a billion dollar institution could just turn off services for a week!
