Picture of the Day…Children turn Third Mainland Bridge to Playing Ground

The traffic since the commencement of repairs of the 3rd Mainland Bridge has been more than hectic! Lagosians are complaining bitterly as the daily activities of many have been disrupted and driving has become a nightmare.

Many say, they have in the last two days resumed work hours behind schedule, while others have missed important meetings and appointments. Sadly, the situation might get even worse in the next couple of weeks, as the repairs is projected to last 4Months.Yes you read correctly, 4months!

Inspite of the frenzied traffick and bitter complaints, some Lagosians have found a lighter side to the whole repair thing by turning the closed bridge to a playground as seen in the picture above. Trust Lagosians to always make the best of a bad situation!lool.

Naija Hottestgist advices you, its readers to give at least 2hours for anticipated traffic in other to make it to your destination in good time. How feasible this is (particularly for those who leave home as early as 4am), I dont know o! And don’t ask me please, its just an  advice, because, Unlike you, I can blog from almost anywhere….even in traffic…hehehe!
