Pictures from the 4th edition of Jimmy’s Jump-off, 1st July 2012

It was a fun-filled, star-studded affair as all the top-shots in the Nigerian entertainment industry together with well wishing fans gathered in one place for the 4th edition of Cool DJ Jimmy Jatt’s jumpoff and yours truly was there to cover it all. This is no surprise however has it is no news that DJ Jimmy Jatts humility and down to earth nature has endeared him to the hearts of many. The event started at about 7pm with the red carpet and the gentlemen of the press were active and very present. While pictures and interviews were done on the red carpet, football lovers gathered in the lobby of the GET arena to watch the European Cup of nations final match between Italy and Spain.

After the match, the show kicked off with a Cypher from different upcoming rappers, then moved to all the Hottest Nigerian DJ’s taking their turns on the wheels of steel. DJ’s at the event include: DJ Xclusive, DJ Sose, DJ Waxzy of ChannelO, DJ Neptune, DJ Caise, Snoop da damager,DJ Humility, DJ Spin’all amongst other top DJs.

It also featured peformances from 2face,9ice, Davido, Orezi, Vector, Rayce, Jaywon, Durella, 2shot, Hakym the Dream…(the list is endless abeg!lol.) and many more.

It was indeed a night to remember and fans went home satisfied to have gotten even more than their money’s worth. If you missed this years edition please prepare yorself for the next as DJ JimmyJatt promises that it will be bigger and better.
