LIFESTYLE: BAD BREATH ARTICLE

There are hundreds of nooks and crannies in the landscape of your mouth, where these offenders can be logged; brushing is never enough as saliva is the enemy of bad breathe because not only does it physically wash bacteria and food particles away, but it also has antiseptic and enzymes that kills bacteria.
Keep the mouth always  moisturized, because a dry mouth is a stinking  mouth. One of the few reasons why breathe is worse in the morning is because the mouth produces less saliva as you sleep.

Must Dos

5. Avoid notoriously  stinking  food like onions, garlic, cheese, and caffeine or at least brush vigorously after eating them.
6. Apples and banana can be a good breathe controller
7. Smoking can also increase bad breathe  quit it.
8. Avoid mouth wash or tooth paste that contains alcohol.
